Conditional Use Permits and everything else

There are several types of entitlements or discretionary permits that can be required of a proposed project. Our extensive experience working in the public sector on entitlements ranging from general plan amendments, re-zones and conditional use permits all the way down to minor deviations and lot line adjustments has proven to give clients a strategic advantage in getting their project approved quickly.

Our negotiation tactics coupled with knowledge of the code has allowed us to resolve and settle several code enforcement cases in various jurisdictions.
